UPNYC requires an initial consultation which includes getting to know you and your pet and a free 15 minute walk. Please note we do not walk hostile dogs. This is for both our protection and for the safety of your dog. Dogs must wear current dog license tag and be up to date on all vaccinations.

The Sign up process:

1. Quick Questionnaire/Sign up Form

Fill out the questionnaire and sign up form. This will help us get to know your dog. Questionnaire

2. Clean Bill of Health & Veterinarian Release

Your dog should be healthy and up to date on the following vaccinations: DHLPP, Bordatella and Rabies.

3. Dog Walking Service Agreement

This is a "contract" that is signed by the client and by us. Please read carefully and should you have any questions or concerns feel free to discuss them with us. Service Ageement

4. Meet and Greet

Schedule a meet and greet session with Monica or Jane (or with both of us if available) in your home to interact with you and your pet, discuss service and to answer any questions you have.

This should take about 30 minutes and includes getting to know your pet, finding out his/her favorite activities, toys and any other special needs or information.

Cancellation

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Pet owner will be responsible for the walk fee if a walk is canceled less than 24 hours in advance.
